Combustion System Optimizing
In the air, Oxygen is about 21% and the balance is the ballast which is automatically mixed in the combustion process and is heated up consuming energy. Optimum combustion can be acquired by optimizing the excess air.
Replacing Nitrogen partially or totally with Pure Oxygen, in the Oxygen Enriched environment or without Nitrogen, higher flame temperature can be acquired with 30-50% fuel saving, directly resulting in reduction of carbon emissions.
Regenerative Combustion System
Combustion air temperature from recuperator is about 400~600 ºC,
while Regenerative Burner can get over 900 ºC.
Control System Automation
Different lagging responds of instruments make the deviation of the Air/Fuel ratio. It can be optimized by updating the control system automatic with PID and Double Cross Limit Control.
